Customer Conditional Warranty

• 1. Customer must exercise its option to have the unit serviced by Bromwell’s annually for an initial service charge of $125.00 per year (the annual service fee is subject to increase in Bromwell’s discretion, but not to exceed Bromwell’s standard service fee, presently listed at $125.00)

• 2. Customer must, in fact, have the unit serviced by Bromwell’s annually and pay the applicable, standard service fee per year for such service;

• 3. Customer must not abuse or damage the unit;

• 4. The Unit must not be damaged as a result of a “Casualty.” For purposes of this warranty, “Casualty” shall mean any damage to the unit caused by weather, vandalism, malicious mischief, riots, war, insurrection or other reasons of like nature.
